1. Acceptance

By accessing NWconnect you agree to these Terms and all referenced policies. If you are using NWconnect on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to this agreement.

2. Services

NWconnect offers AI-driven lead qualification and scheduling. We may update, modify, or discontinue features when necessary for performance, compliance, or security.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose operational risk.

4. Payments & Plans

Plans and prices are listed in your billing dashboard. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Plan changes take effect in the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use NWconnect for spam, unlawful data collection, infringement of third-party rights, or attempts to breach our infrastructure. We monitor usage to maintain compliance and platform health.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and branding belong to NWconnect. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

NWconnect is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid during the three months preceding the event.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached. Data may be deleted after termination in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Platform Integrations (Meta)

NWconnect lets you connect Instagram Business accounts and Facebook Pages to receive and respond to direct messages. By connecting these accounts you confirm you are authorized to manage them and you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms, the Instagram Platform Policy and the Messenger Platform Policy, including their 24-hour messaging window and anti-spam rules. You may only message customers who initiated contact or opted in. NWconnect acts as a technical intermediary that delivers your messages; you remain solely responsible for the content you send and for any consequence of misuse, including channel suspension by Meta.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Registered users will be notified via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
